In observance of article 28 of the Regulations of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Private Parties (Reglamento de la Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares) (the “Law”) and in accordance with paragraph thirty eighth of the Guidelines on Privacy Policy published in the Federal Register (Diario Oficial de la Federación) on January 17, 2013, any Holder who shall deliver personal data to ByA (the “Information”) is hereby informed of the present NOTICE OF PRIVACY POLICY-SUMMARY:

Person Responsible for the Information. Berdeja y Asociados, S.C. (“ByA”), with it address at Av. Prolongación P. de la Reforma 61-4B, Col. Paseo de las Lomas, CP 01330 Ciudad de México, shall be responsible for the obtainment, use, divulging storage, including access to, handling, transfer or disposition of (hereinafter “Treatment”) of the Information in the terms of this Notice of Privacy Policy-Summary.

Purpose of Treatment of the Information. In compliance with article 13 of the Law, the Information in possession of ByA shall be used:

For the creation, study, analysis, updating and storage of the Holder´s legal files;

To respond to the Client’s legal needs and requests from time to time;

To respond to an order by a competent agency; and,

To maintain or comply with ByA´s obligations under contracts for the rendering of services that ByA may enter into with every now and then.
