Mr. Carlos Berdeja-Prieto, Of Counsel to the firm, graduated in 2004 from ITAM’s Law Department, where he previously studied for the Bachelor in Economics (1978-1982). He obtained also a Bachelor in Philosophy’s degree (Instituto de Filosofía y Teología, A.C., 1984-1988) and has pursued graduate studies (Diplomados) at ITAM: Credit and Banking (1994-1995), Strategic Planning (1997) and Project Management (1999). Carlos, who attended a Franciscan seminar for five years, has more than 25 years of executive experience combined in business management and securities markets. In a natural fashion, his deep understanding of these areas is extremely helpful in work involving financial and joint venture transactions. His native language is Spanish and he is fluent in English and has a good knowledge of Latin and German.
